Lindenhurst NY Open House Success
I had my first open house with my new listing on N. 6th Street in Lindenhurst NY. It's an expanded ranch and has a custom kitchen with Brazilian wood floors, stainless steel appliances and cement counter tops that knock your socks off!
The open house was from 1 to 3. A few agents dropped by on their own and a few buyers by themselves. At 3, when it was supposed to end, I had so many people I lost count in my head at 18! I almost ran out of brochures and I printed 25 and have 3 left. I was there until 4:45 p.m. Do I get overtime pay? lol.
I know there are a few buyers that are very interested. I can smell an offer coming in. Either way, it was amazing at how the majority of people came towards the end. My seller called me to see how things went and I told them that I haven't left yet so what does that tell you? lol. They are happy and I'm happy. It was an awesome open house!
