Babyon NY Homes For Sale: Four homes were listed and 1 is in the North Babylon School District, the other is in the West Babylon School District and the other two are in the Babylon Village School District. The prices range from $369,000 to $479,000.
Babylon NY Homes Under Contract: Three homes went under contract. Two are in the West Babylon School District and the other is in the Babylon Village School District. The prices range from $425,000 to $499,000. We do not know the sales prices until these homes go to closing.
Babylon NY Sold Homes: Three homes sold and they are all in the Babylon Village School District. The prices range from $370,000 to $1.2 Million. The home for $370,000 was on the market for <drum roll>.......1098 days! It was listed in 2007 for $435,000. Not sure what the issue was since it is a very lovely home and on a canal.
