Four co-ops sold in 2010. Sold prices range from $163,500 to $170,000. They are all 1 bedroom units.
Since there were no co-ops sold in January 2011, there is nothing to compare to yet.
2009 Median Sold Price - $200,000
Two co-ops sold in 2009. One sold for $195,000 with a list price of $210,000. The other sold for $205,000 with a list price of $222,500 They are both 2 bedroom units.
2010 Median Sold Price - $000
Five units were listed in 2010 and have not sold yet. They are all on the market still. 3 more units have been listed making a total of 8 units on the market at Country Club Gardens.
Since there were no co-ops sold in January 2011, there is nothing to compare to yet.
There is no rhyme or reason as to why these units have not sold. Co-op sales have been slow since the end of last Summer.
