I started going there a few years ago when my Mom raved about Joe, owner of Cool Tech Car Care Center.
He will not tell you your car needs a repair or part that you do not need. When he tells you your car will be ready at a certain time, you can be sure it will be ready. Joe is honest and always calls to tell you ahead of time of what is needed to repair your car. He is very fair with his pricing.
I can't tell you how many times he has squeezed me in since I would call at last minute, lol. I am trying to not do this to him anymore.
He will explain to you what your car needs and why. That is what I like the best about him. He makes sure you understand what he is talking about. I know I'm getting the best service and I never have to worry about if the price he quoted is higher than the norm because he is very fair and will get you the best price on a part.
One day a few years ago I was waiting for an oil change and I heard a conversation he was having with a customer over the phone about a tune-up. He quoted her $450.00 for a Hyundai Elantra. After he was off the phone, I asked him why so much for a 4 cylinder car? He said the way Hyundai positioned the spark plugs, they have to go under the engine which means it's more labor intensive. I learned a lesson that day. Ask Joe how much a tune up will be when I buy a new car. I never knew this information before going to Joe at Cool Tech.
