February - The unit that sold was a 1 bedroom with an eat-in kitchen. On the market for less than 30 days.

June - The unit that sold was a 1 bedroom with an eat-in kitchen. On the market for just under 30 days.

Why the difference of days on the market? I took a look at the photos and the unit that sold in under 30 days was completely updated. Granite counter tops in the kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen was beautiful! Buyers love all the updates. They feel better about not having to remodel when they buy their first home.

Country Club Gardens allows a washer and dryer in the units which makes life very convenient!
