I will not compromise my license for you. If you have an issue with your real estate agent, I cannot and will not help in any way. You see, there is this Code Of Ethics thingy that prevents me from interfering with another agent's listing.:
REALTORS ® shall not solicit a listing which is currently listed exclusively with another broker.
Even if you initiate this conversation, I still cannot and will not help you. If I do, I could get fined at the very least. I worked hard to get my real estate license and there is no way in H-E-double-hockey-sticks I'm going to lose it.
The only thing I can tell you is to sit down with your agent and have a heart to heart conversation with her/him. If that doesn't work, you have a decision to make and I cannot and will not make that decision for you.
Even though you listed with someone else, there are never hard feelings and I still love you all the same.
