The Century 21 Convention was held a few months ago in Las Vegas. The Century 21 organization turned 40 years old. Guess who made this 1500 lb. cake?:
There is also going to be a Century 21 Cake Boss episode on June 6th at 9:00 p.m on the TLC channel.
One of these years I will make a Century 21 convention. I figured I work so many hours as it is that I don't feel right leaving my family for 4+ days. One day I will go.
