I Love Wasting Time Blogging!
For months now, I've been keeping track of my Google keyword search results. I capture the image and put them in my listing presentations.
From time to time you hear others state that blogging is a waste of time. If my results are a waste of time then I'll waste all the time I want!:
The above results have given me a lot of solid leads. Thist past Friday night I received 2 calls from buyers about the Fisherman's Wharf Co-op Development. They both also have homes to sell first. 1 buyer is 3 months out and the other is 6 months out. That is fine. It's all about getting things in the pipeline for later besides now.
