Open House Results For 602 Narragansett Villas Drive - Active Adult Community In Lindenhurst NY
Yesterday was a great day at the Narragansett Villas in Lindenhurst NY!
There are only a few other listings there and no one else are holding open houses.
I had 4 individuals and 3 couples. Not a record breaker so far but it's a close 2nd.
They all came in from passing by the Open House sign on the corner of Montauk Highway and the entrance to Narragansett Villas.
Narragansett Villas is a 55 and over Active Adult Community situated on Montauk Highway. Very close to the Great South Bay Shopping Center and K-Mart. TD Bank is erecting a new location right in the Great South Bay Shopping Center and that is great news for me since I bank with them.
Today I will be having another 3 hour open house and I'm hoping it will be just as busy as yesterday! Hope to see you there!
