Reasons Why I Love My Career As A Real Estate Agent!
No matter what you do for a living, do you love your career/job? A career is usually something you love doing for a living and get paid for it. A job is a job and you get paid for doing it. Not everyone loves their job.
Here are my top reasons why I love my career as a real estate agent:
The relationships that are formed when dealing with homeowners and buyers - Helping them achieve their goals and dreams is very personally rewarding.
The flexible schedule - When I'm busy, it's not that flexible but that is ok! The busier, the better. It also affords me to spend more time with my family. I used to work 12 to 14 hour days when working for someone else. That was hard since I wasn't able to spend time with my family and friends as much as I wanted to.
My own boss - I do work under a supervising Broker but if I want to work from home 3 weeks straight, I can do that!
Every day is different - No two days are the same for me. I love it!
Forging agent relationships - I have awesome agents in my office and outside my office. And have great relationships with agents right here on Activerain. What is better than that?
My Broker - I have a very supportive Broker. He is there when we all need him. That is the way it should be.
Challenges - Finding solutions to problems where everyone ends up happy is the best!
Education - There are many choices of continuing education classes to take to further my knowledge in order to help my clients and customers better. Learning from other agents is also aces! There are a lot of education opportunities right here on Activerain also!
My Family & Friends - My family and friends are my biggest supporters. That is priceless!
