Sitting down and talking with the person you are ticked off at will work wonders. If you don't talk it out it can have serious consequences. Of course that depends upon why you are angry in the first place. Sometimes you have to think things through first before approaching the person you are angry at. In other words, have a clearer mind. That is the smart and adult thing to do and it will save you and the other person a lot of unnecessary grief.
