The Beauty of Nature In West Babylon NY
This time of year I love to photo nature. I put fresh seeds in our bird feeder last week. No birds, nothing. Until this morning......
In the tree below, I saw and heard a woodpecker. I didn't have time to adjust the aperture so I just shot and the sun was behind the tree. You can't see him but it makes for an interesting photo.
Even Mambo was hard at work this morning..........
In this photo, when you look to the left of Mambo, you will see he started weaving the leather string we gave him into the bottom of his cage........
And, the Morning Doves are back nesting in our tree. I will be certainly taking photos of them. She has been sitting in the nest since Monday and she is high up so that means there are eggs she is keeping warm!
