Update for Town of Babylon Beach Blast 2011: What a great way
As far as I know, the Beach Blast has not been rescheduled according to the Town of Babylon.
The Town of Babylon will be holding their Beach Blast and ending it with the 17th Annual Fireworks Extravaganza!
Residents can participate in the events for free. There will be relay contests, games, rides and the annual Ice Cream Eating Contest. Now, that is a contest for me!
Parking is free to residents with recreation permits. Additional parking will be available at Cedar Beach and Cedar Beach Marina for Residents Only with a 2011 recreation permit.
The fireworks display begins at dusk. It can be viewed from Cedar and Overlook Beaches, Ocean Parkway, Babylon.
