Two are in the West Babylon School District and one is in the Babylon School District One home is a short sale ($220,000) and the rest are regular resales.
Currently, there are 170 homes on the market in West Babylon. 47 of them are short sales and there are five REO properties for sale. 36% of the homes that are on the market are short sales.
