I Can Guarantee The One Thing That Will Not Help Sell Your Home!
There are a ton of things you can do to help sell your home faster. Not for more money but faster.
You can remove the wallpaper then paint, redo the hardwood floors, declutter your closets, power-wash your brickwork or cement walk ways, even sprucing up your landscaping.
But, and I mean butt, there is one thing that will not help you sell your home and not even faster. I can even guarantee it..................
There I am previewing homes with other agents. We went to the tenant's apartment and out comes an older man in his colored briefs. Not boxers. Not shorts. Briefs!
I think that I can pretty much guarantee that will not help sell any home. I know, I know, I should be thankful he wasn't naked. Now, that would have be ingrained in my brain forever.
