
Weekly Prospecting Journal - Week Ending November 27th, 2011
I decided to do this journal for two reasons:
1. Maybe it will help and/or inspire someone to motivate them more which will increase their business.
2. Hold myself more accountable on a regular basis.
I am stepping up my prospecting now for 2012. I can't rely solely on blogging and my website.

Handed out 200 flyers for Santa Day at our office
Gave out 18 business cards to people who asked for them.

Prospected around a sold listing:
Doors Knocked: 10 (small block)
People Spoke With: 0 (no one home but left information) Received a call today from a potential buyer who wants to start the ball rolling!

Starting this week I will be doing much more prospecting. I enjoy getting out and meeting people face to face. Homeowners like to know what homes in their neighborhood sold for.
I know some of you are against door knocking. Some areas have laws against it so of course those laws have to be obeyed. All I know is that it works for me. Most people respond in a very positive way. You just never know where business is going to come from next. The more you do, the more business will come. No need to be pushy either. I find the soft approach works best!
