Babylon NY Homes For Sale: Two homes were listed last week and the prices are $330,000 (2 bedrooms) and $659,000. Both are in the Babylon School District.

Babylon NY Homes Under Contract: One home is under contract. The listing price is $749,000 and on the market for 83 days. It is a Farm Ranch style home. We will know the sold price once this home goes to closing.
