Danny DeVito At Bottles And Cases In Huntington Long Island
As some of you know, my son collects celebrity autographs.
Danny DeVito was at Bottles and Cases in Huntington Long Island promoting his new liqueur.
We got there at 11:45 a.m. and Danny DeVito started taking pictures with everyone at 1 p.m. until 4. You had to purchase 1 bottle that was already signed. It only cost just under 20.00
I figured my son could go up first and I would take a picture of them together but since he is under the drinking age, his bodyguard said I had to go up with him which made sense. As I approached them, Danny said to my son, "where's your Muther" and started laughing. So, my son and I took a picture with Danny DeVito. He is a very, very nice man. We are waiting for the link the photographer it going to send us via email.
Since we got there early, we were able to wait inside. It was very cold out and there were a ton of people waiting outside. Danny had his tour bus there so groups of people were allowed to go inside to stay warm until it was time to go inside and wait on line. Also, he was there until 6 p.m. instead of 4 because he didn't want to leave anyone out. Talk about nice!

Hi Toula, we were both thrilled! He didn't rush anyone which was nice. I had a taste because they handed out free samples. It was very good considering I do not drink, lol.

Hi Carra, yes, he stayed there 2 hours longer. Not too many celebrities do that. It's usually time restraint thing anyway.
Wow, that's really cool, look at that bus! Now that is traveling in style! You know, I've had some of that limoncello before...it can do bad things to you. It's best taken in moderate doses.
Hi Carissa, I know, cool bus and it's huge! I had only 1 sip. Since I'm not a drinker by any means, a 1/4 of a cup would have made me loopy :)
Taxi....No matter how many movies Danny DeVito was in, I will always remember him in Taxi. I loved that show...and him in it! Next time there is something really cool like that going on, call me! I would have gone to this (and had a blast :)!
I'll always remember Taxi also. Him and Jim were my favorites! I will definitely call you next time we go to an autograph signing :)
I loved him in Other People Money. He is a very good actor and funny too.
