Wordless Wednesday: Fire Starter
We went to Montauk Point, NY for our vacation in August. We stayed at the Ocean Beach Resort and every night a ton of people are on the beach starting fires. It's dark and the only lights you see are the fires. It's very relaxing to just sit by a fire:

Campfires on the beach bring back memories of my life in the east. Now where are the marshmellows?
That brought back images of me and my dad camping out before the big hunt, memories how good they are... :-)
This sounds really relaxing. Sitting in the dark, on a beach with only the moonlight and firelight to see anything. I can hear the waves pounding in my head already.
Jackie, this reminds me of a chapter in my book that has to do with fire ceremonies at the beach. Very spiritual.
