It was on the market for 31 days. It was definitely priced to sell. It was originally listed for $285,000 and they kept doing price reductions until it sold.
The highest priced home sold for $323,000 and was on the market for 78 days. The listing price to sold price ratio is 5%. Which means a good home will sell when it's priced right and a savvy buyer knows not to give a low ball offer because someone else will see the value and buy it!
