Massapequa NY Sold Homes - There were three homes that went to closing last week and five are under contract.
One home is on Unqua Road and sold for $338,000 and was on the market for 111 days. Another home on Hamilton Avenue sold for $430,000 and was on the market for 230 days. The third home on Forest Avenue sold for $530,000. It is a waterfront home and on the market for 224 days.
The higher in price your home is worth, the less buyers there are that can afford it. The Massapequa NY real estate market is a strong one!
